Abandoned...

Dear Blog I know that I have abandoned you.....but i have this 16 month old little boy who is the light of my life and all the time I used to spend with you is now his time. He wants me to play trucks....so we play trucks.....then we read books and play in the snow outside and we have food fights and take naps. Then when its time to do laundry he is the biggest help! I put the clothes in the basket and it is his very important job to take them out spread them across EVERY INCH of our family room then bring them to me one by one. Needless to say this is quite the extraviganza and takes at least a good 45 mins to perform. Then by that time the dryer is done and the second load of fun is on its way! But wrinkled clothes is a small price to pay for all the joy he brings me. So...dear blog.....this is just a little glimpse into where my time is now spent.....and when my little clothes rangling expert is asleep....and I can keep my eyes open...I will do my best too spend some time with you too. But for now enjoy these pictures of my little man!

I hope you enjoy having weekly updates and pictures. . . I will tune in to answer your comments.

And who knows maybe I will become inspired again. . . or learn how to post a blog that doesn't take me an hour to do. Cause honestly when it takes 20 min. to upload 5 picutres . . . all I feel like posting is . . . askdjfh;askjdgf'dsiugha;ewkrjgtnfa;erw. . . that!

Roosevelt April 2010

This year was Briston's first time to Roosevelt. We usually go with Jeff's family but Grammy wasn't feeling to good so this year we went with friends. We had so much fun! We played in the big game room, roasted marshmallows, played down at the lake and enjoyed the BEAUTIFUL weather!
Briston and Karson always laugh and laugh whenever they are together! It is so cute to watch and listen to both of them squeal in delight as they tickle and play together!

K the ice cream here is INCREDIBLE!!! And you can't leave here without having some. So of
course we had to give Briston some :) It was his first taste of ice cream and he LOVED IT!! He ate and ate and ate. . . and so did mommy..he he he

Family Photo View from our house Roosevelt Lake

My good friend Sara and I bought our little boys matching outfits for the trip. Peyton and Briston are such good friends and we sure do miss them. We hope that you guys are loving living in Utah!

Briston's had was a little to big...story of his life.....and so we would flip the brim so that he could see what was going on. Right before I took the picture Jeff told me to wait so that he could flip his brim too and they could be "Gilligan's" together. I love my boys!!!

Eating at the restaurant there. Jeff is looking quite sexy here.....and our little 'Gilligan' is gnawing on the magnet that we bought for him. Man this kid puts EVERYTHING in his mouth. But it looks like he liked the taste :)

Camping and Bristons first Swim

Hello blogging world! Life goes by so quickly and my little boy is growing up so fast! He is 9 months old now and working on standing by himself. Today he discovered how to get into my cupboards, he was in toy heaven.

We went camping over Memorial Day weekend and Briston had so much fun. We went up to Black River and he was so busy discovering the trees looking at every sound and absolutly loving being around all of the kids! We were able to borrow Jeff's parents trailor and can I tell you how fabulous it is to have a toilet and a shower! Sheesh forget tent camping anymore. Jeff and I have seriously talked about buying one.

Anyways here are the pictures of our camping trip. Cant wait to to again, with a trailor of course. :)

Jeff and Briston down at Black River

We gave B a licorice and he DEVORED IT in no time. And was begging for more. It was everywhere on him and Jeff he kept licking his hands trying to get more. So cute!

Jeff fishing with the other kids there. He was on a roll and caught 5 fish. Yeah he was way excited. Of course this was B first fishing trip and Jeff wanted to have his little buddy out there fishing with him, ya know to show him the ropes. And the whole 4 hours we were there this is what B did.......

SLEEP and SLEEP and SSSSLLLEEEEPPP! Needless to say that night he didn't do any of that sleeping buisness.

Me and Briston the second time we went to Black River

K I love this picture! He is looking out the trailor windows and Jeff and laughing and laughing! So sweet!
K the kid with the stick was so funny. We were talking about his mom and her indian heritage and how they used to fish by using spears. So Conor decided that he was going to catch a fish by using his version of a 'spear'. He tried for hours......no luck poor guy.

Grammy and Papa bought this pool for the Grandkids to play in Briston went for his first swim and loved it. Those are little boats that he can play with. Grammy and Papa are so sweet they filled the pool with warm water from the house so Briston wouldn't be to cold. Thanks Grammy and Papa it is going to be a great summer filled with lots of swimming and swinging at your house!

SPRING!!

I went to the park today with my friend Peyton, our mom's pushed us in strollers and I showed Peyton how to go down the slide when he gets bigger. Then we went to Grammy and Papa's house and I gave my Dad one big nasty reason to give me a complete scrub down in the bath tub!!
